This policy explains how Elevate Guy (the "app", the "game") handles information. The app is published by Linking Realities SL ("we", "us").
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, store or process any personal data about you. There is no sign-up, no account, no login and no profile. We cannot identify you and we have no record that you use the app.
Information stored on your device
The game saves one thing locally, in your device's own app storage:
elevatorGuyBest: a single whole number, your best score.
That value stays on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere, it is not readable by us, and it is not linked to you or to any identifier. Deleting the app removes it. It contains no personal information whatsoever.
Network connections
The app makes no network requests. Every image, font and sound it needs is included in the download, so it works fully offline and never contacts a server, ours or anyone else's.
Third parties
There are none. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no social media integration, no trackers and no third-party software development kits of any kind. No data is shared or sold, because no data exists to share or sell.
Device features the game uses
- Vibration, for the bump when the lift settles. You can turn this off with the BUZZ button in the game.
- Keeping the screen awake while you are playing, so the display does not dim mid-run.
Neither of these gathers information. The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, calendar, health data or notifications.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and is safe for children. Because it collects no data at all, it collects none from children either. It contains no adverts, no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content and no links out to other websites or services.
Your rights
Data protection law, including the UK and EU GDPR, gives you rights to access, correct and erase personal data held about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend or delete. If you want to remove the locally stored high score, delete the app from your device.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a future version were to collect anything, we would say so here clearly and in advance.
